2 oz bourbon

Paleo Verde

1/2 oz egg white (optional)

Simple syrup to taste (optional)

Bitters (optional)

Add bourbon, Paleo Verde, simple syrup, and egg white to a shaker and shake for 30 seconds.

Add ice and shake for an additional 15-20 seconds until chilled. Strain and pour. Garnish with bitters.
